Question: Want to take up mixed martial art's which one should i do?

Brazilian jujitsu, muay thai, or mma? also whats the difference between muay Thai and kickboxing?what equipment will i need for each one?

Most fights/ brawls start of with the fist followed by some kicks but nearly all fights end up on the ground. If you have the time and money, I would suggest taking up two martial arts, say Muay Thai (practice more elbow strikes and clinches) on Tuesday and BJJ on Saturdays. You will then have to consider purchasing a Gi (martial arts robe), mouthguard, handwraps and maybe your own gloves (16oz are better)

Muay thai.kickboxing is the girls version of muay thai.
