OMG you have got to check out the scientific wrestling guys out there! i dont know if its in your area but they are the ones to learn submissions from. ask them. if you live too far find someone who is into CSW or an instructor under Erik Paulson Joe Rogan gives him props for his stand up and submissions saying he i a walking bible of subs and reversals so thats where you should go. you will learn way more than if you go to a bjj school - and csw is no gi and all about how you dont need to set up the perfect possition for your submision.
