The one that has the best teacher. Seriously, you should pick the school by the teacher. The best style is no good if it isn't taught right and the instructor has no clue what he / she is doing.

Given the teacher is competent and authentic, here are my favorites for fighting: - Wing Chun: Bruce Lee's flagship; mainly low line kicks, "center line " focus, energy sensativity - Sanshou/ San Da: Notable practitioner: Cung Le Takedowns, and striking - Jun Fan: Bruce Lee's Creation Some other noteables: Baguazhang Tai Chi Chi Kung Animal Styles: Eagle Claw, Tiger, Dragon, Mantis, etc. Wah Lum Find the art and teacher that suits your needs. How knowledgable the instructor is. See if he/ she is reputable. Watch a couple of group classes and see how treat their students.
