Extreme Martial Arts Zone

Question: Does anyone know where i can do xma (extreme martial arts) in il? like at a gym or facility?

Xma is like the fliping/ trick martial art it is done by teams such as team ryouko

Chicago is the birthplace of XMA. Mike Chat, who created it, is from Sharkey's Karate school in Illinois. On a side note...remember that it is not a martial art but is a competitve aspects of the arts much like Dance and Gymnastics. You should study real martial arts and use XMA just for fun because it is worthless in real life.

I will have to agree with you there XMA is just for show its more of dance moves and acrobatics that can only be acomplished by knowing the traditional moves first and then being worked into the routine
